Leigh + Dakota - We so enjoyed working with these two this past Fall! They were such a beautiful couple with even more beautiful souls, and we were honored that they chose to have their Big Day here at The Walters Barn. Leigh gave us some of her thoughts about her wedding day, and we are so excited to share them today! Continue reading to see what she said & to see more of these stunning photos!

"Dakota played baseball and I played softball at Lee. We met for the first time in the on-campus doctors office when athletes were getting their physicals." Fast-forward to today, Leigh and Dakota have been together for almost 4 years!

- How He Proposed -

"One of our favorite date spots was Ponce city rooftop, so he proposed there at sunset"

When asked about how the planning process was for their Big Day, Leigh responded, "well, it was a breeze thanks to our wedding coordinator, Andrea. Once we chose the venue and found a date, it was literally so stress-free. It was nowhere near as stressful as I expected it to be. I would say that picking the guest and narrowing guest down to 250 was the worst part for us."

We work tirelessly to make a bride's Big Day everything they dream it to be. When we asked Leigh what her thoughts were about her wedding day, she described it as, "A DREAM!! I wish I could live it over and over a million times. It was the most amazing day of my life. It started pouring rain right before I was going to walk down the aisle, but the weather after the rain stopped could not have been more beautiful. I was so upset in the moment, but looking back, the rain made the whole day even more perfect."

What is your favorite thing about being married?

"I get to wake up to my best friend every single day!"
