Melissa + Gunner met in math class on the first day of high school. Fast forward to now, these high school sweethearts have been together for 9 years!
Gunner proposed to Melissa when they were in Colorado taking a walk around Lake Dillion. He proposed to her at an overlook on the lake -- incredibly sweet!
When asked how the planning process for her Big Day was, Melissa said that Soirees Southern Events "made the planning process so easy and stress free!" Andrea Barber, senior coordinator for SSE, was Melissa + Gunner's coordinator for their wedding at The Walters Barn and she remarked how sweet and down-to-earth they were to work with! One of Andrea's favorite memories of the wedding were the koozies Melissa + Gunner made that had a little dashcund pictured on it, which meant a lot to the couple because of their furry friends back home!
Melissa says that the best part of being married is getting to come home to each other every night.
