What exactly do our wedding coordinators do? Great question! Each and every client we have is different. This means that each client has different needs and requires different things from our coordinators. Some clients only want the day of coordination package while others want full service wedding coordination. At Soirees Southern Events we offer both.

Full Service Event Coordination:


Planning a wedding is not an easy task. Even the simplest of weddings requires hours of planning which can quickly become overwhelming. Sometimes the stress of the planning can overshadow the joy of the engagement. Hiring a wedding coordinator is a perfect way to help relieve some of that stress! At Soirees Southern Events we offer full service event coordination and will be alongside you every step of the way. An integral element to our full service planning and design package offers a custom design experience, which includes the concept design with color palettes, layouts and pictures of specific elements. This allows us to clearly communicate the expectations of every detail. What else does our full service wedding coordination include?


Full Service Event Coordination includes...

  • Unlimited consultation appointments, emails and phone calls.

  • Budget Development.

  • Wedding Design Development.

  • Assist with wedding stationary selection.

  • Arrange and attend vendor and site appointments.

  • Review of Site and Vendor contracts as well as negotiations.

  • Assistance with personal logo, fonts to be used throughout the design process.

  • Assistance with menu selection and wedding cake design.

  • Assistance with final gown fitting and bussell instruction.

  • Unlimited Wedding Day coverage.

  • Full Wedding Day emergency kit.

  • Coordination of out of town guests, which includes accommodations, transportation needs and delivery of welcome packages. 

  • Pack personal items at the end of the event and deliver to person or location of your choice.

Day of Coordination:


Most brides have dreamed of every detail of their wedding day since they were little girls. Filling their Pintrest boards full of wedding dress ideas and floral arrangement inspiration. Although they might need help from time to time, most have the planning part covered. After months of planning, the bride and groom want to enjoy their wedding day stress free. This is where our day of coordinators come in! Day of coordination means leaving the organization, timing of each aspect of the day, and the execution up to someone else. What do our coordinators at Soirees Southern Events do to help your wedding day run smoothly? Check out the list below!


Our day of Package Includes...

  • 3 consultation appointments to be used at your discretion with Limited Wedding Day Coverage -- with a maximum time on the wedding day not to exceed 8 hours of time. Unlimited phone and email communication

  • Vendor Referrals -- we provide you with a list of our preferred vendors that can provide all wedding day services from caterers, wedding cake designers, photographers, DJ's, etc...

  • One on-site consultation at the ceremony and/or reception locations to assist in the venue layout and guest flow.

  • Wedding Weekend Timeline construction.

  • Communicate and confirm timeline with vendors, wedding party and family.

  • One hour Ceremony Rehearsal.

  • Supervision of reception activities such as bridle party introductions, dances, toasts, cake cutting, etc...

  • Distribute final payments to vendors.

  • Delivery and Placement of favors, escort cards, table numbers, toasting flutes, cake cutting set, guestbook, photographs, programs, etc...

  • Assist family and wedding party throughout the day

  • Pin boutonnieres, corsages and make sure that bridesmaids have bouquets at appropriate times.

  • Coordinate appropriate groups for photos.

  • Coordinate grand exit for the couple.

  • Pack up gifts, leftover favors, decor and give to designated persons.
